PowerSchool is a Student Information System vendor Diamond R-IV School District uses to manage certain student information. On January 7th, 2025, PowerSchool notified our school that an unauthorized individual accessed certain information in PowerSchool's Student Information System. Based on PowerSchool's investigation, we determined the information potentially subject to unauthorized access may have included your first and last name in combination with your DOB, Gender, Medical Alerts, Grades, Social Security Number, Address, Discipline Records, and Emergency Contact Information.

Students enrolled in PowerSchool from 2003-December 2024 have been included in this breach.
